Important Information

Welcome to Two Little Feathers Boutique. 

I work from my home out of a small office/boutique. My home is smoke free and pet friendly. While I do my best to keep pet hair away from the clothing please be aware of this, especially if there are any allergy concerns.

Clothing Care

Please follow care instructions on individual clothing tags for care. I am not responsible for any pilling, wear, or tears due to improper care.

Payments

For your convenience you will be able to enter your payment information at time of check out. You have to option of using a credit card or PayPal. 

Shipping

My goal is to mail your package out within 24-48 hours, unless it is a Sunday or holiday. Please verify that your shipping information is correct at time of check out, I will be using what is entered on the website or PayPal, depending what payment is used. If the customer does not enter the correct address I will not be held responsible for lost packages.


Shipping within the US is free for all official TLF Boutique items, always! 


Shipping on remaining A&D items is as follows:

1-2 items $5 under 1 lb (includes leggings, tops, some dresses and layering pieces) 

2-3 items $7.50

3-4 items $13

5 or more items $18

A&D items may occasionally qualify for free shipping as well. See "News" on the homepage for more information.

Local Customers

If you would like to shop in person please contact me to set up an appointment. At times I will hold open houses as well. 


Local pickup is also available for online orders. Contact me to arrange this.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an item that you are not in love with you can return the item within 5 days of receiving. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once I receive the item back it will be inspected for any signs of wear, wash, stains, or odors. Items must be in original condition. All tags must still be attached. After reviewing the return I will contact you to discuss a store credit or possible exchange, pending item availability.


Store credits must be used within 14 days of receiving. Credits can only be used on available in stock inventory. Credits cannot be used on pre orders, return shipping costs, or to pay delinquent invoices.


**A&D items: All sales are final, no exchanges or returns. Store credits cannot be used on these items**
